As part of the 桃花社区视频 Education Agency鈥檚 (TEA) commitment to transparency and accountability, and in alignment with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) of 2004, the agency has released the State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) indicator reports for the federal fiscal year (FFY) 2023. These reports provide results at the LEA, regional and statewide levels measured against the state targets for SPP indicators.

SPP Reporting Timeline

TEA must annually report to the public on the performance of each LEA against the targets in the SPP as soon as practicable but no later than 120 days after submitting its APR to the U.S. Department of Education, as required by and .

  • SPP/APR Submission Date: February 3, 2025
  • Public Release of SPP Reports: April 30, 2025

The timeline allowed for 86 days between submission and public release, ensuring compliance with the 120-day federal requirement as stated in .

Accessing the SPP Indicator Reports

Users can publicly access and download the LEA, regional and statewide reports on the 鈥溾 webpage, where users can customize their search by:

  • Selecting the 鈥淪chool Year鈥
  • Choosing a 鈥淩eport Format鈥 (PDF or HTML)
  • Selecting a 鈥淩eport Level鈥 (state, regional, or LEA)

The first year of a school year corresponds to the federal fiscal year (FFY). For example, the 2023-24 school year corresponds to FFY 2023, for which the APR was submitted on February 3, 2025. 

Generating Reports

LEA-Level Reports
LEA reports show each district鈥檚 performance compared to state targets for SPP indicators 1鈥14.

  1. Select 鈥凄颈蝉迟谤颈肠迟鈥 as the report level
  2. Enter the district name or county-district number (CDN)
  3. Choose the district from the list (Use the 鈥淪elect All/Deselect All鈥 feature as needed)
  4. Click 鈥淰iew Report鈥 to generate results

The CDN is an LEA鈥檚 unique 6-digit identification number registered with TEA. To look up a CDN, search the .

Regional Reports
Regional reports show aggregate data for the entire Education Service Center (ESC) region, displaying regional performance against state targets for SPP indicators 1鈥14.

  1. Select 鈥凌别驳颈辞苍鈥 as the report level
  2. Choose the ESC region from the drop-down list
  3. Click 鈥淰iew Report鈥 to generate results

To find the service area for an ESC, visit the Education Service Centers Map or School District Locator.

State Reports
The statewide report aggregates all LEAs鈥 performance against the targets for SPP indicators 1鈥14.

  1. Select 鈥沦迟补迟别鈥 as the report level
  2. Click 鈥淰iew Report鈥 to generate results


Additional Reports
Users can generate reports for all LEAs within a region or the entire state:

  1. Select 鈥淎ll districts in the state鈥 or 鈥淎ll districts for a region鈥
  2. For regional reports, choose the ESC region from the drop-down list
  3. Use 鈥淪elect All鈥 to include all LEAs in the region or manually select individual LEAs
  4. Click 鈥淰iew Report鈥 to generate results
